方法一： 直接关闭法 启动Office任一组件（Word、Excel或PowerPoint等均可），单击菜单栏的“帮助/显示Office助手”，这时出现助手动画图像，在动画图像上单击鼠标右键，从弹出的快捷菜单中选择“选项”，调出“Office助手”对话框。切换到“选项”标签页，将其中的“使用Office助手”复选框中的钩清除掉（如图），点击“确定”按钮，就可以关闭Office助手了。
